One-year-old dead after police shooting outside a Mississippi Walmart

Police responded to a report of shoplifting at the Walmart and say two adults with a child tried to drive away toward an officer. Another officer opened fire. The one-year-old was pronounced dead at the hospital and the family is now calling for justice. NBC News’ George Solis reports.
