Boyd was found with a gunshot wound to his abdomen shortly after 2 a.m. Sunday outside Sei Less, a Manhattan restaurant and bar. He was hospitalized in critical condition, with a bullet lodged in his lung, a law enforcement source said at the time.
Boyd was involved in an altercation outside the restaurant after it closed, a spokesperson for Sei Less said Monday.
