A woman in Florida helped direct authorities to a field in Volusia County where she was being held by an alleged attacker by calling 911 and pretending to order a pizza.
Luis Diego Hernandez-Moncayo, 27, was arrested and charged with attempted sexual battery, battery by strangulation, and false imprisonment, the Volusia Sheriff’s Office said in a Facebook post Friday.
During the 911 call, the unidentified woman tells the dispatcher she wants to order food.
"I would like to order a pizza. I'm so stuck in here," the woman says in audio shared by the sheriff's office.
The dispatcher asks the woman if she knows she's calling 911. "Yes, I'm sure I'm calling to that number. Trying to get a pizza," she responds.
