Lawsuit alleges Pfizer should have warned women about tumor risk from birth control
Multiple studies have found a potential link between Depo-Provera birth control injections and meningioma tumors. More than a thousand women are now suing Pfizer, the maker of Depo-Provera, alleging the company chose to “ignore relevant safety concerns.” Pfizer told NBC News it “stands by the safety and efficacy of Depo-Provera”.
