In a preview of the final episode of the Peacock documentary series about the slayings — which airs Thursday — Heuermann's ex-wife, Asa Ellerup, said he told her he killed eight of the women who were found along Gilgo Beach.
"He said he killed eight women," Ellerup said in the clip. She said there was no hesitation when Heuermann made the admission, but that he was very nervous when they were speaking.
