The police officers were dressed in costumes to carry out a sting on members of the Diabolicos de Malambitos gang in Santiago de Surco, Lima province on the night of Halloween - it is common for police to dress up for festive occasions in Peru.

The officers arrested three suspects and seized the suspected drugs.
