Lunar New Year festivities usher in the Year of the Dragon and end of the Year of the Rabbit.

CloseFestivities mark the end of the Year of the Rabbit and the start of the Year of the Dragon.

Crowds got in the spirit in cities including Beijing and New York.

They will continue for two weeks, in one of the year's biggest events for many east and south-east Asian communities.
