Former "Saturday Night Live" cast member Victoria Jackson announced that she was diagnosed with an inoperable cancer this week and has less than 3 years left to live.

In an Instagram video, part of a series called "Is the cancer back?", the comedian and actor confirmed that the cancer has returned.

"Update on the cancer: they cannot operate and cut out the marble in my chest that is laying on my windpipe and eventually would suffocate me to death," she says with a small chuckle.

Jackson said she will be receiving a "magic pill" that will hopefully shrink the tumor. She looked the pill up on Google and it said people who take it have "32.6 months to live," while the people who took the placebo had 28 months to live, she said.

"I've had a fantastic life," she said, adding that she would like to see her grandson, Jimmy, be born in October, and to see her daughter become a mother.
