The photo, posted around noon ET to Hailey Bieber's Instagram stories, featured tiny feet in a fuchsia fleece onesie poking out of a car seat. It did not offer a glimpse of baby Jack Blues Bieber's face.
Also in the picture was an "I Voted" sticker on the infant's foot. Hailey Bieber captioned the post "Happy Halloween! Get out there and vote" with a ghost emoji.
