Top Admiral steps down in Pentagon shake-up

Admiral Alvin Holsey, the commander of U.S. Southern Command, is retiring after just one year on the job. His command is responsible for deadly strikes on boats off Venezuela that the Trump administration says are carrying drugs and cartel members to the U.S. NBC News’ Courtney Kube reports.
