Military families call out healthcare company

In our series “The Cost of Denial,” NBC News’ Erin McLaughlin reports on the problems facing military families with their healthcare coverage. One veteran tells us he was denied coverage for post-cancer treatment because the health plan’s administrator mistakenly believed he had other health insurance.
