A Los Angeles resident returned to find his home still standing after the Eaton fire torched his street.

As he found his home, Enrique Balcazar can be heard crying out, "what have I done to deserve this?"
At least 25 people have been killed and more than 12,000 structures destroyed in some of the worst fires in memory to engulf America's second largest city.
