Drug charges against Olympic skier Bode Miller to be dismissed, lawyer says
The four-time Olympic medalist was charged with two misdemeanors, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
A pair of misdemeanor drug charges filed against former U.S. Olympic skier and gold medalist Bode Miller are set to be dismissed, his attorney said Wednesday.

The move came after Miller’s attorney, Jeremy Stafford, said he spoke with Lindsey Blake, the Idaho prosecutor whose office was handling the case.
“She has agreed to dismiss all charges against Bode Miller,” Stafford said. “There is no evidence Bode possessed any illegal drugs.”
