A video from the scene of the attacks in St Petersburg and nearby showed two giant plumes of thick smoke rising into the sky.

A Russian missile attack meanwhile killed six people and injured dozens of others on Friday in Ukraine‘s Kyiv region, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said. “Efforts to determine exactly what happened and the fate of those affected are ongoing,” Zelenskyy said on Telegram.
