D4vd, the 21-year-old performer whose real name is David Anthony Burke, pleaded not guilty to charges of murder, continuous sexual abuse and mutilation of human remains on Monday in the death of Celeste Rivas Hernandez. The 14-year-old was found dismembered in the trunk of the singer's impounded Tesla in September, though officials believe she died in April 2025.
Attorneys for Burke have said they will "vigorously defend his innocence" and that they believe the evidence will show he had no involvement in Celeste's death.
