'Saturday Night Live' reveals Bad Bunny, Amy Poehler, Sabrina Carpenter as 51st season's first hosts

Bad Bunny with Doja Cat as the musical guest will kick off "Saturday Night Live" Season 51, followed by Amy Poehler and Role Model, then Sabrina Carpenter pulling double duty as host and musical guest.

Just weeks ahead of the premier of Season 51, "Saturday Night Live" on Thursday announced its upcoming slate of hosts and musical guests who will open the new season of the late-night mainstay.

Music superstar Bad Bunny will usher in the new season on Oct. 4, serving as host for the second time. Rapper and singer Doja Cat will accompany him as the musical guest for her first time on the show.

On Oct. 11, "SNL" alum and "Good Hang" podcast host Amy Poehler will step into the hosting role for the third time, bringing her that much closer to the coveted "five-timers" jacket that many of her peers have been gifted.

Poehler will be joined by Role Model as musical guest, whose song "Sally, When the Wine Runs Out" went viral this summer.
