Trump praised Bondi in a post on Truth Social and said she would be "transitioning" to a role in the private sector.
Before becoming the number two at the justice department, Blanche was Trump's personal lawyer and defended him in a range of cases including his federal prosecution for allegedly withholding classified documents after his first presidency.
