Romania: Residents shaken after drone hits block of flats

A Russian drone hit a block of flats in Romania on Friday, causing a fire and injuring two people, Romanian officials say.

A resident of the building said he was afraid after the incident, which injured two people.

"If I go back to my flat tonight, I will sleep with fear," he told BBC's Eastern Europe correspondent Sarah Rainsford.

Romanian President Nicușor Dan said the drone was likely hit by Ukrainian air defences over Kyiv's territory, altering its trajectory, though Moscow questioned whether it was Russian.
