Teddi Mellencamp, former star of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" and daughter of singer John Mellencamp, has revealed that recent scans show she still has multiple tumors in her brain that were not able to be removed by surgery, and tumors in her lung.
The 43-year-old shared an update about her cancer treatment on Instagram on Thursday, saying scans showed two tumors in her lung, and all the tumors are “metastases of my melanoma.”
Mellencamp had revealed in 2022 that she was diagnosed with stage 2 melanoma, a type of skin cancer. She has documented her multiple melanoma surgeries on social media.
“The doctors are hopeful that immunotherapy will effectively treat them,” she wrote Thursday. “I am feeling positive — that I will win this battle, that I got this wig (I like the short hair, just not the bald spots), and that I can remember all of Angelina’s kids’ names.”
She ended her post quoting Bravo host and "Real Housewives" producer Andy Cohen — “with all due … f*** off, cancer.”
