Nepal-Tibet flood live updates: Rescue efforts resume after being halted over fears of renewed flooding

Follow live updates as rescue teams search for survivors of catastrophic flash floods in Nepal and China, where 90 Americans are among hundreds of people unaccounted for.

At least 579 people have been killed, Nepal police said. The State Department says 90 Americans are unaccounted for in Nepal and China and that it is unaware of any U.S. deaths.
