5-day hearing to determine if Charlie Kirk shooting suspect Tyler Robinson will stand trial in murder case

The Kirk family was in attendance for the five-day hearing, marking the first time they were in the same room as Tyler Robinson since his arrest.

PROVO, Utah — Utah prosecutors on Monday began to lay the foundation of their case against suspected Charlie Kirk shooter, Tyler Robinson, in what is expected to be a weeklong hearing to determine if there is enough evidence for him to stand trial for the murder of the conservative political activist.
