Miami Heat guard Terry Rozier and Portland Trail Blazers head coach Chauncey Billups were among 31 people arrested Thursday in connection with two fraud indictments — one involving sports betting and the other a federal gambling-related investigation that involved four of the five most notorious mafia families, the FBI said in a press conference.
