Lewber posted that the pair were no longer together in an Instagram Story on Wednesday, adding that she has been "shocked" by how headlines portrayed the recent incident between them.
Kennedy was arrested in December on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic violence after police were called to his home in Burbank, California.
A police log said Kennedy was arrested at 11:50 p.m. after a woman told officers that "her boyfriend lifted her up and threw her to the ground."
Lewber thanked fans for their support but said that she was not interested in pursuing a criminal case against Kennedy.
