Cellphone video showed the teen get tackled and detained by agents Wednesday afternoon at Gun Hill Road and Hull Avenue. Once agents figured out they had made a mistake, they dropped him off at a park, bloody and bruised, he said.

Jeury Concepcion told NBC New York he was also suffering from a concussion as a result of his encounter with federal immigration agents.
