NBA hits Los Angeles Clippers with major penalties over salary cap probe

The NBA fined the Clippers $30 million and suspended team owner Steve Ballmer for a year following an investigation into salary cap violations connected to star player Kawhi Leonard. NBC News’ Liz Kreutz reports.
