Emotional 911 calls from deadly Texas flooding released
When floodwaters started to rapidly rise early on July 4th, just two 911 operators were working. Hundreds of people called in, making desperate pleas for help. A warning: many of the calls are disturbing. NBC News’ Ryan Chandler reports.
