About Company Toyota Auto Body Malaysia was established in 2005 with the main operation covers the manufacture and sells press, sheet-metal, and resin automotive parts.
Toyota Auto Body is aiming in developing and expanding its overseas business by capitalizing on its ability to integrate all processes from development to production. In addition to business sites for gathering the latest news and market information from countries around the world, we have established production bases in a number of Asian countries including Indonesia, Thailand, and Taiwan.
We undertake processes for Toyota's global strategic vehicles from development to production and hope to play a significant role as a partner in realizing Toyota's Global Vision (including the development and production of vehicles in individual regions).
Job : ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT MANAGER Location: undefined Salary : RM8000 - RM9000
MUST HAVE CIMA/ACCA/ICAEW, or Bachelor Degree in the related Accounting field -Minimum 2 years working experience of accounting role in Manufacturing Environment -Team leading/ management experience -Fluency in English, Mandarin
OTHERS/ADVANTAGES Costing in manufacturing is added advantage -Good knowledge in Microsoft office with basic knowledge to set Financial Models -Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills -Good command of spoken and written English
RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and handle management product costing
- Prepare month-end costing journal & update in an accounting system
- Manage and analyze data Actual vs Standard - Sales & Cost Of sales
- Prepare monthly Profit and Loss by business areas and shop
- Lead in stock taking and monitor / reconciled inventories by business areas
- Develops & maintain budget process and monitor monthly budget within approved Business Plan
- Prepare ad hoc Profit and Loss Forecast & Cash Flow Forecast
- Identify cost reduction areas and work with Shop Manager to initiative the improvements activities
- Assist in monthly tax monitoring report preparation
