Secondly, abnormally low mileage raises suspicions of odometer tampering and doesn't give the full story about the daily use of the car. Even though the Hawaii cars have low mileage they still were driven daily. They just dont have an interstate system to rack up miles like everywhere else in the USA. Freeway miles are considered the easiest miles on a car because the are just cruising on smooth roads. On top of that the roads driven near most of the beaches in Hawaii, that the native Hawaiians go to regularly, are horrible.
