Job : *SENIOR TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER SEA (PENANG)*
Location: undefined
Salary : RM12000 - RM15000

*MUST HAVE*
Engineering or business degree

-Minimum 5 years experience in Technical Sales in Semiconductor Micro dispensing industry -Candidates should be having their own transport -Have a strong interest in selling technical solutions & passion for sales

*OTHERS/ADVANTAGES*
Ability to work independently and in international teams

-Possess strong interpersonal skills, adaptable to changes, takes initiative and have creative selling approaches -Possess strong analytical, presentation, networking, relationship building skills

*RESPONSIBILITIES*
Sell Micro dispensing Injecting products to distributors, automation machine builders and producers of smartphones, TV sets, LED lamps, wafers, electronics and medical devices in Malaysia and South East Asia. 

-Provide application consulting to customers. -Collaborate with distribution partners to generate new business in both existing and new accounts.  -Ensure our partners deliver successful projects to customers. -Deliver the assigned business targets by driving sales activities in the region. -Forecast potential sales and revenue targets effectively from existing markets and develop new markets in South East Asia. -Work effectively in a team from Malaysia, China, USA and Germany. -Report to global sales manager in the company headquarter in Germany, collaborate with the regional manager, Attend electronics exhibition -5 working days per week (40 hours flexible working time as required by the job)
