Dock strike looms on East and Gulf coast ports

A strike by tens of thousands of longshoremen threatened for midnight tonight could halt port operations from Maine to Texas, cost the U.S. economy billions of dollars and affect the supply of some key consumer items. NBC News' Christine Romans reports.
