Hurricane Francine makes landfall in southern Louisiana

Hurricane Francine made landfall on Louisiana's Gulf Coast as a category 2 storm with winds of 100 miles per hour. Heavy rainfall and flooding were expected. Forecasters say the storm will was expected to weaken quickly as it moved inland. NBC News' Tom Llamas reports.
