CloseSteven Wolfson, Las Vegas's district attorney who has been working on the case of Tupac's murder, quotes the artist, saying the team '"never surrendered" in the quest to find the truth.

After he calls Tupac a "music legend", Wolfson refers to an often cited quote from Tupac.

"Death is not the greatest loss in life. The greatest loss is what dies inside while still alive. Never surrender."

Wolfson then holds up the indictment against Duane Keith Davis.
