On Wednesday, he shared the news of their second child's arrival in a joint Instagram post his wife, Aree Gearhart, and his mother, Sharon Osbourne. “Introducing Ozzy Matilda Osbourne,” the caption read.

The arrival of the latest Osbourne grandchild comes less than a year after Ozzy Osbourne’s death at 76.

The couple announced three months ago that they were expecting a baby in an exclusive interview with The Sun shortly after his stint on reality television series "I'm a Celebrity."
