A flawed software security update knocked out computer operations throughout the world, affecting airlines, hospitals, 911 systems, broadcasters, and other businesses. It was one of the biggest computer outages in history, with tens of millions of people affected. CrowdStrike, the company behind the problem, apologized, and said systems were gradually coming back online. NBC News' Tom Costello reports.
