Home and commercial inspection services including new and existing stock. Helping clients understand building components, maintenance and repair issues. I also provide energy assessments for improved energy efficiency in existing buildings. Services include construction monitoring inspections for both commercial and residential buildings, City of Seattle rental inspections, and consultations regarding construction quality reviews for contractor/client disputes. 22 years. I served on the Washington State Home Inspection Advisory Board for 6 years and was instrumental in writing standards of operation for home inspection industry.
