Company responsible for Ohio train derailment has provided more than $2 million so far to residents

Residents of East Palestine, Ohio were forced to evacuate after the fiery train derailment that left clouds of black smoke due to the burning of hazardous materials. The train operator Norfolk Southern said it’s provided more than $2 million to 1,500 families so far. NBC News’ Ron Allen reports the latest.
