During a discussion with Afro-Colombian women, Meghan spoke about her role as a mother and the work of the Archewell Foundation.
Prince Harry and his wife have been participating in events against discrimination and cyber-harassment in Colombia.
The country's Vice-President, Francia Marquez, invited the couple after she watched a Netflix series about their lives.
This is not the first time the duchess has been heard speaking Spanish during the trip. Last week she spoke to children while visiting a Bogota school.
