Marjorie Taylor Greene resigned earlier this year, NBC News projects. Fuller, a prosecutor, won support from President Donald Trump during the all-party primary, advancing to the runoff against Harris, a retired brigadier general. Republicans won about 60% of the total vote during the first round in March.
