When is the first US presidential debate between Biden and Trump?

The Democratic president and his Republican predecessor will meet on a debate stage for the first time in four years.

Over the summer, both men will formally become their parties' 2024 candidates.

But next week the Democratic incumbent and his Republican predecessor will lock horns on CNN.

It will be the first of at least two debates before the 5 November election.

The debate begins at 21:00 EST (01:00 GMT) on Thursday 27 June.
