Méi June Mulaney was born Sept. 14, Munn wrote Sunday on Instagram.

She said in May that, amid the cancer treatment, she had a hysterectomy and opted to freeze her eggs in hope of having another child.
The hysterectomy, in addition to an oophorectomy, removed hormones from her body that would prevent the cancer from returning, but it took away the possibility of her carrying any future children herself.
"I had so many profound emotions about not being able to carry my daughter," Munn wrote Sunday on Instagram. "When I first met our gestational surrogate we spoke mother to mother. She showed me so much grace and understanding, I knew I had found a real-life angel."
