LSU cornerback Javien Toviano accused of video voyeurism
Louisiana State University sophomore cornerback Javien Toviano was arrested Sunday and accused of video voyeurism, the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office said.
Louisiana State University sophomore cornerback Javien Toviano was arrested Sunday and accused of video voyeurism, the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office said.
Toviano, 19, is accused of recording himself having sex with his girlfriend without her consent.
According to the arrest warrant, Toviano used a clock with a built-in hidden camera to secretly record the couple having sex.
Authorities said the victim told investigators that she tried to discuss the recordings with Toviano but that he refused to speak with her about them.
The victim also told investigators that Toviano had secretly recorded them having sex in the past and that she had informed him she didn’t consent to that.
