The altercation occurred just after 10 p.m. Friday at Mr. Chow. Beverly Hills police said officers initially received a call about a "possible assault with a deadly weapon" but determined it was unfounded, a news release states.

"Instead, the incident involved a physical altercation between parties," police said.

A preliminary investigation was conducted and police completed a report documenting the alleged battery. No arrests have been made.
