Massive inferno engulfs Hong Kong high-rise

Flames engulfed an apartment complex in Hong Kong. The inferno raged for hours and tore through several buildings. Officials say at least 40 people are dead and nearly 300 people are still unaccounted for. NBC News’ Daniele Hamamdjian reports.
