Reasons for failure Not enough space for final restorations. Not enough bone reduction for an All on X type of restoration. Case does not fit the All on X case type without extensive bone reduction for framework, gum analog and teeth Case is a perfect scenario for implant bridges. Not all patients are candidates for All on X.

Prosthetic space and available bone height plays a crucial role in deciding the type of final restoration.

Form, Function and Esthetics restored. The failing prosthesis and failing implants were removed and both the upper and lower jaw was regrafted to regain bone volume.

6 implants in the upper arch and seven implants in the lower arch were strategically placed to support implant bridges.

Temporary implant bridges were fabricated to fine tune midline and bite plane Patient’s form, function and Esthetics was restored with zirconia bridges.
