On the July 3 episode of his “New Heights” podcast, which he co-hosts with brother Jason Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end revealed he originally thought of the idea to join Swift onstage at Wembley Stadium.
“It’s very unlike me,” the three-time Super Bowl winner joked. “I don’t love going on stages.”
His brother, who attended Swift’s other London shows with wife Kylie Kelce, asked who came up with the idea.
“I initially mentioned it to Tay. I was like, ‘How funny would it be if I just rolled out on one of the bikes during the ‘1989’ [portion of the show],’” Travis Kelce explained.
