Johnson & Johnson reaches $700 million talc settlement with 42 states and DC
Johnson & Johnson agreed to pay $700 million to settle a lawsuit by 42 U.S. states and Washington D.C. alleging it misled consumers about the safety of its baby powder made with talc.
